First Week Weigh-In

At first glance, wow! I lost almost 3 lbs in my first week! But, as you can see, it was all muscle :( I actually gained a half a lb of fat! But, I am not unhappy. It is week one of 52…51 more weeks to go!

Friday, Dec 28:
Weight: 181.3lbs
Body Fat Percentage: 38.7%
Muscle Weight: 111.1 lbs
Fat Weight (yuck!): 70.2lbs

Friday, January 3
Weight: 178.7lbs
Body Fat Percentage: 39.5%
Muscle Weight: 108.1 lbs
Fat Weight (yuck!): 70.6lbs

One pound at a time

January 1, 2014

Here were are, a new year. I realize I was most accountable when I actually got on here and interacted with the blog. So, I will do my best to start it up again.

I am also comfortable in admitting some things [weight]. Maybe by this admission, it will help keep me accountable.

Started 2013:
weight: 207
body fat percentage: 43% (I didn’t get the scale that starts measuring this until mid-March)

In October/beginning of November 2013, I got down to 172, and my body fat % hovered around 38%. However, with my stress, lack of motivation, eating tons of candy, I am back up to 180 (181.2 to be exact).

So, 2014 starts like this:
Weight: 181
Body Fat Percentage: 39.7%
Goals: 155 lbs (same as last year), and under 30% body fat (I think I can do this in a year!)

Yeah, this is probably pretty accurate..

2013 Comes to an End

As 2013 comes to an end, I will admit I did not meet my goal of losing 50lbs. At one point I was well over 30lb loss (I think I got to 32lbs), but now I am at about 26lbs lost.

I am looking forward to 2014, but I don’t have my goals outlined yet. I have about 25-30lbs I want to lose, and I know I can do it.

I also know what I am doing now, and have TONS of tools to help me get what I want.
